CR 13 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

So this time last year I wasn’t running 🏃‍♀️. Instead I had just been discharged from hospital after having Neutropenic Sepsis!!!

So it was great for me to complete my first run of 2021 and also my first 5km! 😉

It was a hard run as it’s been 2 weeks since my last run but I was expecting that. (5km in 40 minutes)

I am now looking forward my first full year of running 🏃‍♀️.
