I feel so achieved and pleased with myself today. Have been wondering if I can do a 20 minute non stop run and... YES I CAN!!!
This programme is great, I don't know how it works but it definitely does. It also helps to hear from people who are slightly ahead of me on the plan, plus all the great advice on slow running, thanks for your inspiration everyone. Looking forwards to starting Wk6 on Wednesday to see what happens next.

Thanks IannodaTruffe I've been lurking here for a few weeks before posting, just to check out how it all works. I love your helpful articles so will definitely watch out for the next run and not go too fast. I do seem to be getting slower on each run so far, maybe I'll be going backwards by wk9 π
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs ππΎ π
