Got to W6R3 last time in the gym and then running became mind numbingly boring so switched to other stuff instead of completing the program... Tut tut I know... Starting again now night time runs on a local golf course for variety.. Any tips?

Mix things up to avoid boredom; different times and routes. Outside is definitely more interesting as the weather and seasons change. Good music, podcasts, the radio and audiobooks can all help the miles slip by.

Find distractions for the longer runs.......music, audiobooks or just give yourself a commentary on everything happening around you.Do check out the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... it is full of tips.
