I’m so excited! 1 more run to go! 💪👍🙌 But the last 5 minutes are soooo difficult!! my legs are like lead weight! I actually had argument with jo Wiley!! For the last minute to do a sprint! (She said) You nuts woman! 😱 I Can’t breathe! Never mind do a 60 second sprint after 29 minutes jog! 😩

Are you drinking 2.5-3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not?
