As I was running today all of the advice at this forum flashed in my mind ( this is no different than any other run, so slow, if you struggle go even slower, your earlier runs have prepared your body for this run etc). That gave me lot of confidence to finish the eight minute runs.
I am approaching 20 minute run an with a certain amount of unsureness as to whether I will be able to run for 20 minutes. The advice I have received will be my guiding star.
