It felt harder than W3R2 which I did on Tuesday - I wonder if it's because on Tuesday I'd already been out and walked the dog for an hour before I ran, but today I ran out shortly after getting out of bed?
Both times it was before breakfast.
Anyway, that's W3 done - W4 will start on Sunday morning!

Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.
Tuesdays.............. didn't anyone tell you never to run on Tuesdays!!
Well done!
And yeah, not every run will feel the same. Sleepy legs, hunger, whatever, can all have an effect on your run. And even when all conditions are perfect, you can have an off day without reason. A week ago I had this run where I was seriously out of breath despite running very slow. Now right before my run I had been explaining something to a new colleague, I talked non stop for half an hour and that was the reason I was out of breath during my run. Weird eh?
