Feels fantastic. I ran an extra minute at the end as felt like I had so much energy. Can’t wait to start week 4

Really enjoying this plan and love reading all of the posts which help keep me motivated and reminds me that I’m not alone.

Well done! I am only at week 2 and can't imagine managing week 4.

I couldn't imagine running for 20 minutes when I first started the plan, I was puffing after my first minute run in week one. Be patient you will notice the difference as your body slowly adapts to running. Keep up the good work.

I thought exactly the same. I’ve never been a runner and this is just brilliant. Builds you up slowly so you can do it. I’m sure you’ll do great 😊

Great progress, Leeloo7. And fabulous that you’re enjoying the whole experience. Enjoy w4! I’m remembering the feelings of starting that part of the programme...

Remember to start slow in next run. Week 4 is much longer than anything you've done before, and be a sticking point for some.

Ok thank you. I go REALLY slow anyway. I’m sure people walk a lot faster 😂

I am really slow too. My week 1 I was exhausted and had trouble breathing, puffing and panting. So I reduced my stride and slowed and now on Wk3 R1, it wasn't too bad. Slow and trying not to bounce up and down. so many things to think about. Your excitement for Wk 4 is encouraging, let us know how it goes.

Yes I try to remember all of that too..stand straight, breathe slow, not too fast, don’t trip over, look where you’re going etc etc 😂 but it does take your mind off the actual running and before you know it you’ve reached the end of that run. I run every other day so I’ll update on how W1R1 has gone tomorrow 👍🏻
