Are you carrying tension in your shoulders and neck? Run up tall with your shoulders down, as though you're being pulled up by the ears.Your arms should be at a relaxed 90 degree angle moving forwards and back, not side to side across your body. Imagine you are carrying a stack of pringles between your thumb and forefinger and you're not allowed to crush them.
When you get home, make sure you do some stretching exercises before your muscles cool down. Yoga might help.
This link has a lot of information. It's best to concentrate on one area at a time; at the moment I'm concentrating on my footfall. It does become natural in the end, but it's easy to lose form when you're tired.

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.A very common cause of arm, shoulder and neck pain is carrying either a phone or water bottle in your hands. Hands should not be tensed in any way but loose and not gripping anything. There are plenty of holders/belts available to solve the problem.
It may be a general posture issue and there is further advice in the guide to the plan which is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Enjoy your journey.
