Looking forward to doing my last run of week 8 today, was going to attempt yesterday but far too cold and wet! Really enjoying these long runs, never thought I would, and such a great sense of achievement every time, great for mental health. I always find the first 5 minutes of running hard but after that it's really enjoyable, does anyone find this?? Week 9 is on the horizon 😁

Well done. There is no point pushing hard at the beginning of a run as your body has not yet worked out what is being demanded of it........it is known as the Toxic Ten and is explained here healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
