Really dreading this run 😩 but I was pleasently surprised by my performance. Feel lot more positive for the next. Oh and that scary looking manikin I saw last run I did had a cut out of George Michaels face!!!! I had a look when driving home. Still creepy though. 😕

I was running up a slight incline to nite and found it hard. Then realised guilty feet got no rhythm😁... Get it?
