W9 R1. So I thought I would map out 5K locally and even though I should just do 30 mins I thought 2 min difference to last week. Go for it. Do the distance. So instead of listening to Paula I decided to go by my watch which I actually struggle to see when running! Anyway, I did my distance which I thought was 5K and when I got home I told my partner. I did it. Looked at the mobile which connects to the watch and.... 4.87K. She laughed. Serves me right. Feel great though. However with the 10% rule I may do 30 mins and then 5K on my last run.
PS: How do you 'graduate' with a certificate?
