80th birthday.

Ran week 8 run 2 on my 80th birthday on Saturday. Unexpectedly joined by my son who accompanied me for 28 minutes if very wet conversation. Now to complete week 8 today. Not sure if all that cake and wine was the right preparation yesterday - not to mention the steak and ale pie. Watch this space!
