Today is my birthday...

At the start of the year, I would never have imagined that I'd spend an hour on my birthday sweating away in the gym, let alone be on Week 7 of Couch to 5k and able to run 25 minutes without stopping, out of choice! But I've got Week 7 Run 2 in the bag, and will carry on feeling rather chuffed with myself all day! Maybe this is the year I find out the meaning of life after all!?

Oh I really do, yes - amazing how life-changing it can be to get yourself out there when you begin to see the results!

Well yeah we can believe it cos we've been there. I was in bed at 9.00 pm on my 60th birthday instead of disco-ing on down til dawn, as I had a marathon to run

C25k is life-changing for sure!

Good luck with the rest of the programme and HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I can't do any clinking glasses or smileys as i'm on my old gas-powered pomcuter
