Week 7, in the Bag! Cant actually believe it. R1- was good,R2-terrible, was working & couldn't go to gym till after work & the flu jag, R3 today...brilliant...felt like I could run on but didnt. Conclusion I am best running in the morning after a light brekkie about 2 hrs before. I don't like chewing gum or mints when running but find vaseline on my lips helps to stop drying my mouth! All in all one happy running bunny. Hope u all had good week.π

You did fab!. Well done!! Yes. I like lip balm on lips before heading out. I sometimes take a date to munch on part way round to help my dry mouth. As long as we're giving it a go just got to keep going. πππ
Week 7 is a great landmark Tismoi π I use a lip balm especially in winter to save my lips splitting π
Congratulations on getting to this stage and one very happy runner, greatππ. Mixed bag of runs...as they can be but your last run put you on a high, fab, we need them kind of runs. Like the tip about vaseline, cheers I'll try that. π¦π’ππββοΈπ
Thanku Buddhgal...ure right mixed....but I did enjoy the last one. Vaseline was good for me stops my lips from drying out & also stops me from being thirsty.
