Congratulations on your graduation 🥳I use Runkeeper. You can set it to suit your needs/likes. I have it to prompt at 5 min intervals. It gives distance, average speed per km etc which I find useful as it spurs me on to quicken the pace if I feel I'm slacking 😃
I kept on doing week 9 then when Laura told me I had finished kept on jogging lightly till my Fitbit buzzed 5k. Probably took a few consolidation runs before I reached 5k. Now I have some of my favourite tunes on and just wait till I get a notification when I hit 5k.
Congratulations! I repeated week 9 for a couple of months, then used an app to bleep every 10 minutes. I now just set the timer for 30 mins and listen to some tunes and I find I enjoy the run more.
