Week 6, run 2 now completed and mostly it seems to be going pretty well.
However, the last few runs I have noticed some tightness in my left inner thigh, and it's a bit tender afterwards. By the time run day comes around it's generally gone off, but reappears about halfway through the next run.
Otherwise I'm not really having any muscle soreness, e.g. in calves etc. I am stretching afterwards and making sure I am hydrated etc.
It just curious why it would always be the same part of the same leg. I've started to wonder if I am running in some strange way or something.

I don’t experience of that particular pain, or an answer - but I think it would be good to look online for inner thigh stretches for runners. If it gets worse, or persists over time, I would consult a sports physio. Good luck. 😄
I'm at the same point as you!! I find my lef thip hurts, and i think its because i hurt my right knee a couple weeks back and therefore but more pressure through my left side
Well, I did a bit of reading and have started to do some dynamic stretches before the run. I'm not sure if that has made a difference, or if my leg muscles are just getting used to it now, but yesterday's run went without issue :).
