Congratulations on completing week 3 of C25K, it is better not to look ahead at future weeks or runs, wait for the instructions from your coach before you run, onwards and upwards to week 4.
Week 4 is 16 minutes if running compared to 9 minutes in the last two.I found it the hardest and had to repeat it.
My advice is that most of the barriers are in the mind and not in your body.
Get over that and you'll be sorted.
Trust the programme. It's building you up so you can run each week a bit longer. Just take it nice and slow and you'll be breezing through the week Good luck
If you make sure you can speak clear ungasping sentences as you run then you will be fine.You can do this.

I did my first week 4 run this week and have my second today. I was a bit apprehensive but it was actually ok. Just go slow and you’ll be fine 😊

🤣 I remember that well. Congratulations on what you’ve done so far. However! This is the time to REALLY accept this is a tried - and tested!! by thousands - program. Also it’s time to embrace the fact this is as much a mental challenge as physical. The first few weeks are mainly for your legs heart and lungs but you’re entering 🧠 territory now! Just start each run KNOWING it’s possible. You’ve got this

Hi. I have recently completed nhs couch to 5k. Do not look forward & think you cannot do it. I did the same, its demoralizing. Actually, you can do it. Just do what the girl tells you. You'll do it.
