Today I walked 10 minutes, shuffled 35 minutes and walked another 10 minutes.
Very happy as I was in the can't be bothered mood when I got up but once I got going I was ok. For some reason there seems to be a 15 minute barrier (mindset) to settle into my rhythm.
I'm going to do a 20 minute run on Tuesday. I haven't worked out if I'm going to redo some of C25k intervals but slow jog through the walking parts or start the transition to running outside by increasing the incline then have to work on my self confidence. I'm still on a treadmill.
Take care everyone and stay safe.

Just go outside. I wouldn’t bother with the incline now if you’ve already graduated. You need to know your pace on the treadmill so you know what to aim for outside. Have you got a watch so you can see your pace? Running outside is easier than on a treadmill anyway.
This chart will help you. I think treadmills measure in kph but watches and apps measure minutes per km or mile.
Thanks. My treadmill does both KPH and MPH I just haven't change it over to KPH yet. 5k is approximately 3.125 miles so that's what I work off. I have a few medical issues so will stay on the treadmill for now, probably venture out next spring when I'm able to gauge how my body works. The conversion chart link above is really good but I'm not going fast enough yet to even feature on there - but in time.
Well done, all that matters is you got through it 👏 i'm also thinking of doing a 20 min run tomorrow, which will be strange, as i also take 10 mins, or so, to get into a run! Have you always run on a treadmill? 🤔
