So thats week 3 completed, not as bad as feared but did get a bi of pain in the shins and calves towards the end, think I need to start looking at getting my gait checked and some proper running shoes.

Looking forward to week 3.. :)

Well done and good luck for next week.

Don’t forget, you can always take additional rest days, if these give time to consolidate your recovery, and these can really help manage the pain you mention.
