Did my second run of week 1. Paced myself better and concentrated on my breathing more. Pleased I did it and no excuse for not fitting this into my daily routine. Gota keep going. π

Well done on the breathing.I try to do it for a while but then my mind wonders.
I will leave breathing technique to Consolidation. I'm not feeling too bad with breathing so I'm not too concerned.
My issue with the early runs was just moving forward!

I am going to do my second run (W1R2) in about 10 minutes or so and must admit I am a little nervous. My first run went very well and now I am afraid to be disappointed if this run isn't going to be that good.
The day started out very nice with sun, but now it is very cloudy and looks cold. No, couldn't go running before, had to work. But the weather does influence me, I hope I'll be able to bite through that weather thing, cus there is going to come much much worse weather in the coming weeks / months.
Just keep focused and believe in yourself.... Don't let the weather influence you you got this beat ππ
I did go running π. I did almost as good as my first run, except that on the last minute running my legs felt like they weighed a ton. It was rather cold though, that promises for winter. Next time going to run with thin gloves, headband for my ears and a buff over my mouh. Again, that promises for when it really gets cold, haha.
