I did my second run yesterday and I feel OK.

I did 3.8 km in 30 minutes. Trying out different ways, so i don't bob up and down so much when I run.

That includes your warm up and cool down...? Just keep it slow and steady.

There is a way to go yet😉

Well done.

So you've now completed wk1r2.

Just go slow and slower again if needed and remember to drink lots of water per day and not just on run days it really helps about 2-3 litres.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊

I used to bop and down heaps when I ran. Try running slowly and focusing on form and posture.

Well done on getting through your second run!

Welcome. Keep your feet underneath your body and don't raise them far off the ground. And slow 🐌
