CR5 ditched by my daughter! ๐Ÿ˜‚

So, fairly uneventfull run tonight, my daughter had already run earlier, so back to just my music, and nike app, to accompany me, usual route round harry potter studios, 35 mins, 4.21 km, seems to be my usual pace now.

Dont know about everyone else, but i still get a real feeling of achievment, after a run, just like i did, in the early weeks, and with alot going on at home, seems to relax me, and i still cant believe i'm able to run for 30+mins! ๐Ÿ˜€

Anyone, just starting this, stick with it, you'll be so glad you did! ๐Ÿ˜€

Total sense of achievement. Sadly got goosebumps after my last run ๐Ÿ™ˆ.

Final run at the gym tomorrow then Iโ€™m at the local track due to tier 4.

My daughter ditched me after w1r2. Just ran the back streets myself. So much for supporting mum ๐Ÿ™„

Sunday is my first one. Today was my last gym visit - CR2. In 30 mins I managed 4.1k.

Iโ€™ll let you know how I go. Iโ€™ll try both track and pavement

Maybe if you try doing it slower, might help with the knee. ๐Ÿค”

I had problems with my right knee, weeks 3/4, still keeping it slow, just in case! ๐Ÿคฃ

Sounds like the runs are really positive๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿป๐ŸฆŒ- unless youโ€™re looking for events... which, letโ€™s face it, might not always be welcome near the Harry Potter Studios... ๐Ÿง™โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿง™โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ป

Great to hear that the good feeling continues for you too!

The loneliness of long distance runner..wasn't that a movie๐Ÿคฃ. yep..showing my age. Sounds like a another good run, and you've upped the ante sensibly. You're really getting a lot from your running, what a great habit hey. Really pleased for you, ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ™‹

Yes, it's a real achievement being able to run 30 minutes with or without company. I think you've done brilliantly - have you thought what you're going to do next running wise?

Will keep it slow, and just slowly increase the time running, might try the 60 min thing, on the other site, ju ju magic something! ๐Ÿค”

Yes, I've had a look at that but not sure if I'm ready yet. I'll probably think about it in the New Year. I originally thought I can't run for an hour - but then again 10 weeks ago I couldn't run minute - and now look at us!! So maybe the hour is achievable - next year.

Like you say, running for 30 mins, seemed a massive thing, weeks ago, so you never know! ๐Ÿค”

Nice one Peter ๐Ÿ˜€Uneventful runs are good!! I know what you mean, the sense of achievement after a run - I get that too. it's a great feeling isn't it, coming back home knowing you've smashed out another 30mins or so, got your exercise and fresh air quota in and you know you're making progress every run ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป When I think back to the early weeks of the plan, haha...it was more a case of being glad that was done and thinking "when does this get even a tiny bit easier?!'

Good run again- I still feel a sense of achievement too when Iโ€™ve done- I havenโ€™t got to the point of finding it relaxing yet though- I need to get some tips from Gail I think for when I do my run later
