So I’m still doing my 30 min runs since graduating. Still repeating my week 9 runs from the c25k app. I have tried the Nike app but I didn’t like the coaches talking through the run. Is there a way to remove them? I did a 35 min run but I just didn’t enjoy the coach talking about things like endurance. I’m still running slow but I’m fine with that at the moment. All the other runners just go past me but I do get a smile off most of them. I’ve also invested in some compression leg sleeves from Amazon and they do help with my legs and I find using tape helps too. Hoping the weather starts to get colder with less rain as it’s no fun running in rain!

I’ve started using the NRC app and I’m not too keen on the coaches talking either...i use the timing function on it...there’s a tiny menus beneath the big start button on the ‘quickstart’ and you can put in how long you want for run for, like 35mins, and a nice voice tells you when you’ve run for 5 mins, then 10mins and then when you’ve got 10mins left. I play my music and put that on and really enjoy it. The little menu beneath the start button also lets you choose a run by distance and speed, but I’ve not tried those yet! Hope that helps! Happy runnings 🏃🏻♀️🙌🏼
