CR5 making progress. Slowly.

Taking advantage of the dry spells and making progress. Although I do still feel like I'm plodding as opposed to running. I also thought I would have lost more weight by now. I've only lost 5lb! I'm running every second day, but the weight is a bit stubborn. 😕🏃‍♀️

That looks a pretty good pace to me, i'm no expert, but i'd say keep at it. With the weight thing, i'm the same, not losing as much as when i was using the gym, mainly cross trainer, and swimming, but feel much happier, running outside, my wobbly bits, not wobbling quite so much! 🤣
