I'm so pleased as I'm now up to Week 7 Run 2. I never thought I would reach this point as I couldn't run up a flight of stairs when I started. Some runs seem more challenging than others but that must be tied up with diet/sleep/weather changes and I'm still managing each run ok although yesterday my c25k app paused but mapmyrun was still going and I inadvertently ran 5k which took me 31mins. Even though I was supposed to run for 25mins I found it ok running for longer but i was a little cheesed off as i could've risked injury suddenly running for longer. I will remain on the program and keep building up but overall I'm actually astounded at my progress.

well done, just make sure you have a good rest day so that your legs can get over the extra bit maybe you need a good massage?
Treat yourself!

Wow my first 5k was 42 mins so you’re doing pretty well. And I’ve still only got it down to 37mins after a year. Go you but try to stick to the programme so you don’t injure yourself
