Lovely place to run, congratulations on completing week 2 of C25K, don't worry about week 3 or any week, the program has prepared you for all the runs, as long as you keep ridgidly to the program, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days although you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, onwards and upwards to week 3, another little tip, don't look ahead at future weeks or runs, wait for the instructions from your coach before you run. ππΎ π
