That doesn't sound good. Have you considered seeing a physio about that?
No I worried are spend another year out this time last year had a bone graft and ankle repair
If this is your history it would be wisest and safest to return to the doctor to have this properly checked out, especially if the pain is on the same leg as your injury. Investing a short amount of time finding out about this now could save you a long spell on the Injury Couch in the future.
Harder you had a gait analysis and had shoes fitted properly? Maybe you need a physio.
You have a history of leg surgery, so I would consult the medical professionals who know your case.
In general terms Stretching immediately after every run, nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... while muscles are still warm and supple, pulls out contractions, avoiding carrying tensions into the next run and also improves recovery by improving blood flow, as recommended in the guide to the plan.
Many people do not hold their stretches for long enough or put enough effort in. Hold post run stretches for 30 seconds and make sure the pull is strong enough to be on the verge of discomfort.
