Getting back into running again!

After several months of stop/starting I joined a lovely running club to help me get going again. Did a 6-week beginners course which has helped with my technique and I’ve met lots of other lovely runners. Even though we can’t meet as a group because of lockdown I now have a couple of running buddies that I can go out with on a 1-1 basis. Hopefully this will help me to keep running through lockdown 2. Good luck all.

Well done for finding a way to keep going! The techniques you learned in the group should stand you in really good stead as you continue your running. Keep posting and let us know how you get on - or even to make yourself feel accountable if you find your mojo slipping during lockdown. Good luck and have fun!
