I should have done w9r3 today... but I’ve been on nights and not felt well... back in work tomorrow and work rota not good for running... feel like I’m losing my mojo 😞😞😞😞

Morning, it’s really hard when you’re trying to fit it in with work and you’re tired.The last thing you feel like doing is going out and using up even more energy- I've felt like that sometimes on the weekday runs. The thing that gets me out is wanting that feeling of achievement when you’ve done it- I don’t want it to have beaten me. This is the last one and for me it was the most enjoyable because once I’d done it, I knew the pressure ( I’d put on myself) to complete it had gone. Strangely, once I knew I didn’t HAVE to go out, then that made me more likely to go out! When you’re feeling 100%, , make yourself a good playlist of all your favourite songs, paint your toenails a crazy colour ( it definitely makes your little feet go faster!) and then just go out and take a slow run and see how it goes. I can only echo, Bambi's excellent comments ( loved the toenails bit by the way) this is the one run that makes the weeks of effort all worth while and once you complete it the feeling of achievement is amazing.

Like, Bambi says, once you are feeling 100% then go for it 👍
