Lost a week

I’ve been awful and haven’t managed my run this week. I’m on week two.

Lots of chronic pain from work stress so just haven’t managed it. I need motivation!!!

Send your kind but firm motivations this way please!!

I always say, the harder something is to achieve the better it feels in the end.

There are always obstacles but if your heart is set on something then keep going and hit those targets. Be confident and don't give up.

Just think how good you'll feel after a run and it helps with stress . 😊

Would you rather sit at home angry at yourself all night for not going running? That’s what I’d do. So I just go. Then I feel fab. It’s great for mental health 👍🏽

A gentle run is great for relieving work stress, so don’t give up. Always remember the First Rule of C25k: The only run you fail is the run you don’t go for ! Have fun out there x

Can sympathise. Haven’t managed the parkrun this morning due to back pain. However, we mustn’t let it become a pattern. Get out there again next week. Good luck.

Just keep at it and if it suits you just repeat a week if you miss it! Also I see you’re in Edinburgh, lucky you, so take advantage of all that incredible scenery or even drive out to the coast for a change of running scene. I’m now convinced that 🏃‍♂️ is more about mind than matter so recalibrate that and everything else will kick in 👍
