Whilst this is my first post, I have taken much inspiration and advice from this forum for many weeks and can honestly say that I wouldn't have completed the programme without it so many thanks to all for that. A blustery Sunday morning run brought me to the end of of my c25k journey, nearly three stone lighter and feeling much fitter. A couple of 5k runs since then (absent Sarah) leaves me with the question what now? Continue with improving 5k time (32mins) or another challenge, maybe 10k? either way I never thought that I'd think of myself as a runner but now cannot wait for the next outing....

You can do Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan if you want to run a 10K, it's not an app but a training course a little like C25K, Google Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan

Congratulations on Graduating NAD9👏🏻👏🏻🏅🥳🥳. Personally I used the Nike Run Club app for consolidation runs and gradually increased my distance to 10k and I’ve completed 13k once too. It’s free, lots of choice of runs of various times and distances and you get a coach to encourage you during your run, you can listen to your own playlist too just like C25k 👍
