Well I tried to run ,

I ended up walking faster when I was ment to run then went slow walking ,

I will get there ,,

Slowly but surely 😊💕

Walking is good to build your stamina before you start running, especially if you’ve been sedentary for a long time.. just getting outside and active is what’s important.. lots of support on this forum.. good luck with getting started and when you do you can repeat any week as many times as needed.. take care, and good luck..😊

Well done on starting! It sounds like you’re a fighter and so it might take longer than 9 weeks but that’s just a guide. Many ?most? of us repeat weeks. Repeat until you can do the runs (it might still be a struggle! - it IS a challenge after all).
