So I completed run 3 of week 9 today and in spite of being tired and wanting to go back to bed, I made the full 5K within the 30 minutes of running so I am feeling very proud of myself (& a little bit like when I finish a book I love and realise I don’t know what to do next!!)
I have started to look at the posts around what to do after completing the challenge and will read more thoroughly before I start my new adventure after a 2 day rest... I am thinking I will probably ignore my pace for a week and then move to running every other day so I increase every other week to 4 x rather than my current 3 x every week.
Got to go and find the post to claim my virtual medal now 🏆 Happy running everyone 🏃♀️

I think it will take me a bit longer than the 9 weeks of the programme to get to 5K, but I will get there.
Kudos to you - I am sure there is lots of advice what you can do next. I think they suggest you do a month of 3X 30 minutes before you move on, but you seem to be advanced already!
Well done!!! I am finishing week 7. I run every other day and I am already worrying about how I will miss Michael Johnson telling me to keep going!!!! Let me know what comes after the 5k for you!!!
