I was looking forward to starting week 8 but really had to force myself to go this evening, just felt really lethargic and tearful, I suppose Boris is to blame πŸ™„. Anyway, I managed to do it but it wasn't that enjoyable.Plus I needed the loo (but didn't do a Paula!), and then dropped my phone and my front door key went flying- I thought for a few seco ds that it had dropped down a nearby drain but thankfully I found it on some grass.

Hopefully Wednesday's run will be a better experience!

Some runs are just like that, everyone has them, then the next one is better usually

Just be proud that you went

Sometimes the day seems to go from bad to worse and especially, as you say, in these difficult times. Hopefully, you will have run some tension off and felt the benefit of your run afterwards.

Well done for carrying on - that's the main thing. πŸ‘
