Consolidation 25 - The 5km after the 5km PB..... 😀

So two days after completing my 5km PB 2 days ago, I wanted to see if that was just a one off and I'm pleased to say that I've had another 5km PB again this morning! 2 5kms in a row 😆

Getting the occasional 6km really has helped me and I beat my previous PB by 1m20s!!

5km - 8'26"/km - 42m19s

Great start to start November I'd say!!
