And there was sun!

Don’t know if this is the right place to post but as I’m working up to a constant 5k i hope it is ok!

Managed to get out today when it wasn’t raining, AND there was sun! Ran on trails through big old woods full of autumn leaves. Did 45 mins, 10 of which was walking (warm up, cool down, and 1 min walk breaks between running segments). Lots of hills. Kept heart rate in aerobic zones almost all of the time. Very very enjoyable, gives such a good mood boost! Gotta love it!

Lovely sounding run, with a rare glimpse of the sun! These types of runs make us glad to be alive don't they!
