Just back from 7.2. Started off in the silvery moonlight, then the sun came up, lighting up the sky like a celestial paintbox of pinks and purples and oranges. Beautiful!
Good thing I had something nice to look at because I actually found today quite hard, which I hadnβt expected, and which was a bit disheartening.
Ho hum, onwards and upwards to 7.3 πββοΈπββοΈ

Some runs do feel harder. Donβt feel disheartened because when you push through & finish the hard run.. you are strengthening your resolve to finish! Itβs the hard runs that make us stronger, not the easy ones so ππwell done to you!!
I wasnβt feeling it either with 7.2 or 7.3, so after taking advice form these great guys here slowed my pace right down, rehydrated loads and re did 7.3 this morning. I felt like I could have run forever π slowing down my pace helped so much and makes these little hurdles easier to get over. Your are doing brilliantly, look how far youβve come. Take your time, do what feels right for you, before you know it youβll be graduating πππ»ββοΈ
Iβm already running pretty slowly ππ And when it got hard today I did slow down some more which did help. Just a bit frustrating as I did 6.3 and 7.1 fine!
I completely know where youβre coming from, move on to your next run when youβre ready, thereβs no time limit with C25K, keep going, you can do this ππ»
