Well 9 weeks ago I was feeling sick after running for a minute.
9 weeks later I can run (slowly!) for 30 minutes fairly comfortably.
I actually did it! I am so happy π
What an amazing programme this is.
Thank you.

Well done Tessie, a big achievment to get so far, in just 9 weeks, i'm 3 runs behind you, but still have to pinch myself, that i can run for 28 mins, without a break, and actualy, enjoy it!!! π
Congratulations! πββοΈπ ππΎ
Congratulations on your achievement. It is such an amazing programme and I still canβt believe I couldnβt run for a minute and now happily do 5k (but slowly!)
Enjoy your success and happy running.
Congratulations Tessie I hope you celebrated last night and are basking in glory. Itβs a great program and I agree that first go is a shock to the system one minute seems impossible but you are a runner now π€π₯³. Beware you will soon enjoy browsing running shoes! Go you π
Congratulations. Amazing achievement.
Congratulations! Itβs like magic isnβt it?! Iβm here to also confirm you CAN keep running AND get to 5k and maybe even further π€·ββοΈ I know - you say you wonβt, but so did I π€£. Iβve a similar history to you - older (on the outside at least) and absolutely NO running history. I finished the program in July β18 and Iβm still going. Some runs went well but there were also periods when I was unsure so it wonβt all go well but donβt lose heart. Good luck and very well done.
Great that you've achieved this- I, too thought I would throw up after one minute on my first run!- I am now at week 8 and able to run for 28 mins. I don't know how this plan works, but it certainly does! Great achievement.
I can't say I actually 'enjoy' the runs yet - it's just a great feeling completing them and I've always needed to challenge myself!- 10k here I come!!!
Congratulations Tessie - you should be so proud of your achievement πππ
