Week 5 - Run 3

Wow, that was a big jump in difficulty! But I got it done... the only real issue was sore calves around minutes 5-10. But having a good playlist did the trick, keeping distracted!

Still using the same running playlist I made up on Spotify with a few other random songs added, many of them absolutely not the sort of tracks people exercise to lol

Roll on Week 6 (no spoilers please!) πŸ˜‚

Well done That run is a mind set hurdle to get over.

You have more discipline than me if you have not looked ahead on the plan.

Good running for week 6

I completed the same run yesterday. Feeling good that I've got this far although I have to admit the last 5 minutes of the run was really hard. My legs feel heavy today, but the feeling of pride is helping overcome any complaints from my legsπŸ˜„.

I'm actually looking forward to starting week 6 on Monday.

Good luck to you for next week
