Wow, that was a big jump in difficulty! But I got it done... the only real issue was sore calves around minutes 5-10. But having a good playlist did the trick, keeping distracted!
Still using the same running playlist I made up on Spotify with a few other random songs added, many of them absolutely not the sort of tracks people exercise to lol

I completed the same run yesterday. Feeling good that I've got this far although I have to admit the last 5 minutes of the run was really hard. My legs feel heavy today, but the feeling of pride is helping overcome any complaints from my legsπ.
I'm actually looking forward to starting week 6 on Monday.
