Luckily that meant I got to wait in for the postie who was due to deliver my expected parcel........ Taps toes and waits.... Ding-Dong doorbell alert 🙂.
Joining my other pairs of runners the newly acquired 2nd hand Brooks Launch5 and after a quick fit-test all's good just as comfy as the others. This is the first time purchasing 2nd hand runners but as the seller said, they've only had little use( wrong size bought). So we'll give them a go and at £30 inc postage not bad me thinks.
Happy Friday runners back out there tomorrow after the pending nightshift later 😬...
They look great, I had to sell my first pair of running shoes as I stupidly thought I needed the same size shoe as I usually wore. My long time running daughter told me I need a size and a half bigger. She was so right.
What a fantastic idea, just read the link you posted all bit far from me which is a shame as my old trainers are still sat on the shelf, but if i ever go near a store i shall take them along and hand them in.

I didn't dig and see if they have an online service regarding the recycling offer Shar71, it may be worth checking especially with the covid-19 situ and people not able to visit shops etc, sometimes retailers will end over backwards to help customers👍
Glad to be of assistance John_W I never knew of the shop truth be told, but they've opened a store in Chester,and it's got some switched on staff so that's always a help👍
On the high street just down from the famous "not real food" burger shop definitely worth a visit, except if you're in Wales coz the fine would make for a damn expensive pair of trainers 🙄
