Just completed W9R3 and am still in shock. A far cry from W3 when, at the prospect of the run time tripling from 60 second to I80 second bursts, I complained to my son that it was insane and that the NHS were out to get me. I may still be a fat bloke but I'm now a fat bloke who can run for 30 minutes continously, after a fasion. Will probably never hit the 5k mark but not really bothered, so long as I maintain my newly found fitness.

Well done WG and congratulations of graduating. What an achievement. 💪 Your 'NHS were out to get me' comment made me laugh. I think many of us thought 'who designed this programme - they're having a laugh!!' but it seems to work. 🤣
