Did my final week 3 run and to be honest I found today so much easier. I think I’ve found my rhythm.
Anyway looking at week 4 run schedule and omg looks so so much harder. I may take two days of running now to recover abit more so the first run isn’t so hard (I hope) also does anyone have any tips for keeping energy levels high? I feel full of beans after a run once I’ve had a shower but come early afternoon all I can think of is pillow and bed lol.
Keep going all 💪
Thanks
Andy

Hi Andy, congrats on your progresss so far. It's so funny how before the first run it's "how will I ever manage that" (answer: try and try slowly), 2nd is "I can just about do it" 3rd is "oh i've got this but oooh next week" (answer: dont look to far ahead!). The programme really works and I found that from week 4, it's a lot a mental training as much as physical. Hydrate well the day before and dont go to fast, just admire the scenery and you'll keep on loving it!
