Nice steady run in the park this morning before the rain

Up and out a bit later than normal this morning. Back to the park after a challenging road run on Monday. Very soft underfoot and I was worried about slipping but it was a pretty decent run overall.

I managed my fastest average pace so far even though I wasn’t aware of trying to push myself. And, more importantly, I got home minutes before a deluge of rain 🌧🌧🌧

Oh, and the new cheapo Bluetooth headphones are fine.😊

I graduated at the end of August so I just run when I want to and for varying times and distances. Haven’t done more than 5.5k yet but I generally run for at least 30 mins 3 times a week. Some runs are better/easier than others but I am happy as Larry when I’ve been out.
