Just got in. Run went really well found my pace, no heavy legs😅. It seemed ages to the 10 minute mark but the second half flew by and I felt really good so I decided to carry on and see what I could comfortably do. I only went and done 5k in 36 minutes 😁😁😁. Going to take it easy now on the next few runs I don’t want to over do it and get an injury

That was a bit naughty doing 5K today Manicstreet, congratulations on running run 3 of week 5 but you risked injury on running more than 20 minutes, onwards to the the rest of the course but keep to the program.

You’ll be sent to the naught step 😳 Well done on your run though - sounds like you were in the zone 👍 most people panic about that run but you not only smashed it you nearly did it twice!!!
Manicstreet tut tut, C25k is a journey not a race, those 9 weeks they're numbered 1 to 9 for a reason!!!!! Stick with the plan

Rest up now. Make sure you've done enough stretches. Take it easier next time you run, and stick to the plan.
