I’m new to this community and after taking up to C5K I’ve really got into it - but on my last week, first run I experienced some hip paid on my left side down what I can describe as the inside front - I did another run and only managed half of it and had to be picked up because it was sooo painful - not ran since, had real difficulty walking and now almost 2 weeks later I’ve still got pain in my left hip, not at the front - towards the side/back but inside still. I’m missing my runs and really want to get back to it.
What can I do to speed up recovery - I’m wondering if not stretching is not a good idea as per the app!
