Really hard start to it last night my legs were too heavy and I was running too fast, my pacing is all over the place. But by time I got to the last 5 min run everything settled down so I decided to push on a little further and ran the 5 min cool down walk. It made me feel a lot better about the whole run and I saw I can do it,Ican complete c25k. I did the cool down as well ( donโ€™t want to injure myself ๐Ÿ˜€

Well done. The first part of any run is the most difficult

Firstly well done ๐Ÿ˜€

When I did a bootcamp type gym class I was always told arm speed dictates leg speed.

Not sure if this translates into jogging, I've just completed W4R2 and I can't say whether my arms were the deciding factor in pace and speed or not.

All the best ๐Ÿ˜€

Well done.

Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration. As a runner you need to drink a minimum of 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.

Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.

Not what you're looking for?
