Week 6 run 1 felt great!

I've got to say thanks for all the words of caution about this run. I took care to pace myself at the start. I also paid a lot of attention to reducing impact (mid foot strike, faster cadence), as I've had a few minor aches and pains in my legs. And I think it all worked! There were a couple of points where I actually felt great, and for the first time I finished the run feeling that I could continue. 😊

That's Brilliant! Well done. I found it hard but glad you sailed through it and should be very proud of yourself. I'm on W6R2 tomorrow!!

Sorry to hear that, I hope the second one goes better for you, I'm sure you'll get to the end no matter what!
