I managed to complete week 7 yesterday morning which made me very happy I can honestly say that was the best run that I've done so far - nice steady pace throughout, then with 1 min left I darted off going as fast as I could as per Sarah's request, and I covered a distance that usually takes 2.5 minutes during this which was amazing! I felt a rush of happiness as I finished and felt great the rest of the day. I am definitely looking forward to week 8 upping my run by 3 minutes... who would have thought I would ever say (type) that?!
I also managed to recruit one of my work friends to C25K and she has just finished Week 2! It's nice to have somebody in real life that is also doing this programme.

Well done on your run and completing Week 7! I did that last Thurs, it is a good feeling. and you did well to get that pace up for the last minute!!!! I started on Week 8 this morning, the 28min thing did concern me at first but it felt GOOD and I smashed it! I literally cannot believe I am running 28mins in one go lol Yay! Go us..
