Nike Run Club App, lots of runs of various times and distances to choose from with a coach to encourage you and you can listen to your own playlist too just like C25k....plus it’s free 👍

I always had Spotify on the background. It worked fine.
Once you’ve finished couch to 5k you don’t need a trainer anymore. You can go for other goals but you measure it yourself. You need a garmin watch 👍🏽
