So happy I got out today as I haven’t had a chance to run for a week due to workload and other stuff. Was so pleased that after a whole week off, I managed to maintain 30 minutes / 3:68k. Chuffed with that 🙋♀️ It was hard going mind.. I need to push myself more in the week to get out..
